Mike Stevens is the Chief Executive Officer of the Navy League of the United States and the former 13th Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, the senior enlisted leader of the U.S. Navy. Throughout a distinguished 33-year naval career and subsequent executive leadership roles, he has advised organizations on leadership, governance, organizational performance, strategic planning, and workforce development.
Following his retirement from the Navy, Mike served as Chief Executive Officer of Viqtory, a national military marketing and veteran employment company, before assuming leadership of the Navy League of the United States, one of the nation's premier maritime advocacy organizations.
Mike brings extensive boardroom and executive-level experience, having served on numerous corporate, nonprofit, and advisory boards, including the Naval Studies Board of the National Academy of Sciences, Navy Mutual, and other organizations supporting America's military and maritime community.
His education and professional development include a Bachelor of Science degree from Excelsior University, Harvard Kennedy School's Leadership in Crisis program, Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and advanced executive leadership programs through the Department of Defense.
Through MCPON 13 Consulting, Mike provides executive coaching, board advisory services, leadership development, strategic planning, governance consulting, keynote presentations, and organizational assessments for corporations, nonprofits, associations, and government organizations.

Mike Stevens is a nationally recognized executive leader with more than four decades of experience leading complex organizations in the military, nonprofit, corporate, and association sectors. His career spans executive leadership, board governance, strategic planning, organizational transformation, workforce development, and stakeholder engagement at the highest levels of public and private service.
As Chief Executive Officer of the Navy League of the United States, Mike leads one of America's premier maritime advocacy organizations. Prior to his current role, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Viqtory, a national military marketing and veteran employment company. Before entering the private sector, Mike completed a distinguished 33-year career in the United States Navy, culminating in his service as the 13th Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy.
